Abstract

¸ñÀû: ÀÌ ¿¬±¸´Â Çѱ¹ÀÇ ³ëÀÎÀå±â¿ä¾çº¸Çè ÀÎÁ¤Á¶»ç¿øÀÇ ÀÇ»ç¼ÒÅë ´É·Â, °ø°¨¸¸Á·, °ø°¨ÇǷΰ¡ ¼ÒÁø¿¡ ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿µÇâÀ» ±Ô¸íÇϱâ À§ÇÑ ¼­¼úÀû Á¶»ç¿¬±¸ÀÌ´Ù.

¹æ¹ý: ¼­¼úÀû Ⱦ´ÜÀû Á¶»ç¿¬±¸ÀÌ´Ù. ¿¬±¸´ë»óÀÚ´Â 191¸íÀÇ ³ëÀÎÀå±â¿ä¾çº¸Çè ÀÎÁ¤Á¶»ç¿øÀÌ´Ù. ÀÚ·á´Â Àü±¹ 226°³ ¼¾ÅÍ Áß ¹«ÀÛÀ§·Î ÃßÃâµÈ 24°³ÀÇ ¼¾ÅÍ¿¡¼­ ¿ìÆíÀ¸·Î ¼öÁýµÇ¾ú´Ù. Stamm¡¯sÀÇ Àü¹®Á÷ »îÀÇ Áú ÃøÁ¤µµ±¸(ProQoL)°ú ÀÇ»ç¼ÒÅë ÃøÁ¤µµ±¸¸¦ È°¿ëÇÑ ÀÚ°¡º¸°í½Ä ¼³¹®Á¶»ç ¹æ¹ýÀÌ »ç¿ëµÇ¾ú´Ù. ÀÚ·á ºÐ¼®À» À§ÇÏ¿© ±â¼ú Åë°è, t-test, ANOVA, »ó°üºÐ¼®, ´ÙÁßȸ±ÍºÐ¼®ÀÌ ½Ç½ÃµÇ¾ú´Ù.
°á°ú: °ø°¨ÇǷΰ¡ ¼ÒÁøÀ» ³ôÀ̴µ¥ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ£ ¹Ý¸é, °ø°¨¸¸Á·Àº ¼ÒÁøÀ» ³·Ãߴµ¥ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÃÆ´Ù. ÃÖÁ¾ ¸ðµ¨Àº ¼ÒÁøº¯ÀÌÀÇ 69%¸¦ ¼³¸íÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç, ¼ÒÁø¿¡ °¡Àå Å« ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ£ º¯¼ö´Â °ø°¨ÇǷο´´Ù.

°á·Ð: ÀÎÁ¤Á¶»ç¿øÀÇ ¼ÒÁø¿¡ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿äÀÎÀº °ø°¨ÇÇ·Î, °ø°¨¸¸Á·, ±³À°¼öÁØÀ̾ú´Ù. ±×·¯¹Ç·Î ÀÎÁ¤Á¶»ç¿øÀÇ ¼ÒÁøÀ» °¨¼Ò½ÃÅ°±â À§Çؼ­´Â °ø°¨¸¸Á·À» ³ôÀÌ°í °ø°¨ÇǷθ¦ ³·Ãâ ¼ö ÀÖ´Â Àü·«ÀÌ ÇÊ¿äÇÏ´Ù.

Purpose: This study was a descriptive research to identify the effects of communication skills, compassion satisfaction, compassion fatigue on burnout among staff of long term care insurance for the elderly in National Health Insurance Services in Korea.

Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional design was used. The participants were 191 staffs of long-term care insurance in National Health Insurance Services. Data were collected via mail from the 24 branch offices which were randomly selected among the total of 226 centers of National Health Insurance Corporation. Stamm¡¯s professional quality of life (ProQOL) and Communication Skills Test tool were included in questionnaire to detect. SPSS/WIN 20.0 was used to conduct the descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression.

Results: Compassion fatigue had a significant positive effect on burnout, while Compassion satisfaction had a negative effect on burnout. The explained variance for burnout was 69% and compassion fatigue was the most significant factor in burnout among staff of long term care insurance services.

Conclusion: The results indicate that the factors influencing staffs¡¯ burnout are compassion fatigue, compassion satisfaction, and education level. Therefore, strategies to decrease compassion fatigue and improve compassion satisfaction are needed to decrease burnout for staffs of long-term care insurance in National Health Insurance Services.
